7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension & Closure
tk6664 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Players also retain the right to close their own accounts at any time, including through the use of self-exclusion tools.
- Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their account for any reason — including responsible gaming concerns — may do so by contacting tk6664 support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and standard processing times.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cool-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or permanent self-exclusion through their account dashboard. Aggregate Liability Cap
